CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

For Personal Sessions, Workshops or Seminars: 

 

 
Cancellation, substitution or rescheduling requests must be received by the facilitator of the relevant sessions, workshop or seminar (“the Event”) via email. 

 

You are responsible for ensuring that the facilitator of the Event or NVC Singapore which operated by The Center for Connection Therapy Pte. Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) receives the request. The facilitator will reply with an email acknowledgement. If you do not receive any reply within three (3) days of your inquiry, please contact NVC Singapore headquarters (admin@nvc.sg / nvcsg.shiho@gmail.com).

 

If a registrant is unable to attend the Event for any reason they may transfer, by arrangement with us, his/her registration to another person. 

 

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following guidelines apply: 

 

 

 

Seven (7) days prior

Six (6) days prior

Five (5) days prior

Four (4) days prior

Three (3) days prior

Two (2) days prior

One (1) day prior

On the day of the Event

Cancellation / Rescheduling Request Fees

Free

30% of the Event Fee

80% of the Event Fee

100% of the Event Fee

         

 

 

In case of cancellation or wishing to reschedule, the above fee will be charged from five (5) days prior to the event.

Rescheduling can only be made to the same Event. Please note that rescheduling to other Events is not allowed.

 

 

NO-SHOW POLICY 

 

In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled program are liable for the entire fee. 

 

 

 

For subscription memberships:

 

This section applies to subscription membership in communities and practice groups, etc. administered by NVC Singapore and its affiliated entities.

 
Monthly: This membership automatically renews after one (1) month from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time.  If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment.  

 

6-monthly: This membership automatically renews after six (6) months from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. 

 

Yearly: This membership automatically renews after one (1) year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. 

 

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, in the event that you cancel a six-monthly or yearly subscription, a pro rata refund may be available for the unused portion of your subscription. All cases will be considered on a case by case basis. We do not warrant that a refund will be given in any circumstances.

 

Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date. For example: January 31, 2020 subscription renews on February 28, 2020
 
We may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
 
We may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that we provide notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change in subscription fees.

 

 

HOW TO CANCEL

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the NVC SG customer portal.

 

        1. Login to your customer Portal page

        2. Click [Subscription] on the left side bar > Click your Email listed on subscription details
        3. Click [Cancel Subscription] button on the upper right hand side
        4. Click [Cancel on Next Renewal] or [Cancel Immediately]
        5. Check if your Status has been changed to [Nonrenewing] or [Cancelled]

 

Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 5th of the month and you cancel on September 25th, you will not lose access until October 5th.

 

If you are unable to complete the process through the portal, please send an email to the NVC Singapore headquarters address (nvcsg.shiho@gmail.com) stating that you are requesting cancellation.

 

 

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PLAN

 

You can change  your subscription plan at any time through the NVC SG customer portal.

 

        1. Login to your customer Portal page
          Portal URL:

        2. Click [Subscription] on the left side bar > Click your Email listed on the subscription detail
        3. Click [Edit] button under your name
        4. Select a new plan and Save it!

If you are unable to complete the process through the portal, please send an email to the NVC Singapore headquarters address (nvcsg.shiho@gmail.com) stating that you are requesting a change of subscription plan.
